The secret of a good cherry liqueur is, of course, first and foremost the fruit. Cherries must be beautifully ripe and aromatic so that the typical fruit characteristics can also be brought out in the liqueur. Cherry liqueur can be made from both sweet and sour cherries. We swear by regional cherry varieties – for example, we only use fruit from the Mühlviertel region for our cherry liqueur.

Product information
This sweet and fruity liqueur is made with fine distillate and fruit juice from our own production. The two components are combined in the liqueur kitchen to create a unique specialty. The liqueur exudes a fine aroma of cherries, which is mainly due to the high proportion of freshly squeezed juice. It tastes particularly good in the warm summer months and its consistency makes it perfect for ice cream desserts.

Our recommendation: The wild cherry liqueur tastes best pure and well chilled at a temperature of 10 to 17°C.
