The “Walküre” has little to do with the conventional ideas of bock beers. Orange-amber in color and with a fine foam that whispers slightly when the bubbles burst, it is far removed from conventional ideas – the nose reveals an aroma of pears, dates and quinces, the drink has a fresh, tart fruit note, which is supported by a sweet fullness and gives way to a tart bitter note in the aftertaste. All of this is accompanied by an ever-so-slight tingling sensation.
