Organic black beans

Similar in taste and use to scarlet runner beans, only smaller ;)
Particularly tasty for bean starch, salads and especially for tacos.

Tip

Reduce the bursting of the beans by adding salt to the water (myth: salt increases the cooking time) AND only let the water simmer gently over a low heat!
Freeze cooked beans to save soaking and cooking time for the next preparation.
